Музыкальный проект Lauxnos был основан в конце 2013 года музыкантом Katharos после официального объявления о закрытии основного проекта Emptiness Soul. Lauxnos представляет собой синтез post-black, post-metal и depressive black. Концепция группы обращена к океану и уединению, которое он способен подарить. Одиночество и тяготы повседневной жизни вынуждают совершить побег, отдавшись во владения волнующихся вод. Доверив свою жизнь Посейдону и его забвенному царству, которое может потревожить только шторм. Бегущий от мира людского надеется разгадать тайну глубочайших тёмных вод и среди них найти покой, который он давно искал.
Musical project Lauxnos was founded in late 2013 musician Katharos after the official announcement of the closure of the main project Emptiness Soul. Lauxnos represents a synthesis of post-black, post-metal and depressive black. The concept of the group facing the ocean and solitude, which he is able to give. Loneliness and hardships of daily life force to escape, surrendering possession of undulating waters. Entrusting their lives to Poseidon and his realm of Oblivion, which can only disturb the storm. Релиз "My Dead Ocean" является дебютным полноформатным альбомом проекта, в который также вошли треки из ЕР 2014 под названием Horizon. Единственным участником проекта является музыкант Katharos, участник таких проектов как Emptiness Soul, The Happiness Cage, Post Traumatic Syndrome, Frost Flame, Reincarnation, Hyperborean Frost, Nakrahal, Goat Testicles и другие.
